May Luncheon Featuring Jim Clemo
Learn about the evolving role of property managers in the commercial real estate industry from Jim Clemo, managing director and head of US operations, with GLP. Jim’s talk will cover topics such as how to use technology and data to enhance property operations and value creation, the growing importance of sustainability and wellness in building management, and the increasing need for property managers to think as strategic partners with building owners and tenants.
Jim Clemo is the Managing Director / Head of US Operations at GLP. Prior to GLP, Jim served as Senior Vice President, Real Estate Operations at Duke Realty, where he held various leadership roles in Portfolio Management, Transactions, Risk Management, ESG, Tenant Services and Talent Development. In addition, Jim was a member of Duke’s Management Committee and Regional Investment Committees.
Jim graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Management and Financial Policy and has been active in numerous industry associations.
Held in conjunction with the BOMA Show, the trade show hall is closed from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. for the luncheon. Non-exhibiting vendors and service providers may attend the luncheon, but will not be permitted on the BOMA Show floor following the program. Registration includes lunch, networking and an educational program.
