Join the BOMA Technical Organization for the annual BTO Breakfast, held in conjunction with the BOMA Show Trade Show. The topic for this year’s BTO Breakfast is Code Compliance Readiness and Elevator Inspections. Featured speaker Chris Lelle with Lincoln Property Company serves as BOMA Georgia’s representative the Georgia Insurance Commissioners Elevator Advisory Board. During this program, Chris will provide attendees with an overview of the state of elevator inspection in Georgia, his role on the elevator review board and guidance on elevator inspection and code compliance. Attendees will also learn how to prepare for and stay informed on building codes and compliance.

BREAKFAST SPEAKER BIO

Chris Lelle is a Portfolio Chief Engineer at Lincoln Property Company. In this role, he manages the MEP operations of 2.55MM rsf across a 32 building portfolio. Chris enjoys the challenges of energy savings while improving the tenant experience in the office environment. He has been involved with several buildings where greater than 20 percent energy savings were realized through a variety of operational and capital improvements.

Outside of work, Chris loves spend time with his family, homesteading, beekeeping, and brewing beer.
